Eligibility Criteria for University of Kerala Distance/Online Admission

| BA | Successfully passing the Higher Secondary Examination of the State or an Examination accepted by the University as equivalent. |
| BCom | A Pass in the Higher Secondary Examination of the State or an Examination accepted by the University. Non-Commerce group should have at least 45% of the aggregate marks. |
| BCA | Higher Secondary Examination of the State or an Application Examination accepted by the University as equivalent, with (BCA) Mathematics as one of the optional subjects. |
| BBA | Class 12th or equivalent with not less than 45% marks in aggregate. Reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC) and other eligible communities shall be given relaxation as per the University rules. |
| BLIS | A Bachelor’s degree from the University of Kerala, or a degree from any other university with a minimum of 40% Marks. Candidates belonging to SC/ST categories and other backward communities will be eligible for a concession of 5% and 3%, respectively. |
| MA | A graduation degree with at least 4.5 CCPA in relevant subjects. |
| MCom | A Bachelor’s degree in commerce with at least 4.5 CCPA. |
| MSc | A Degree course with a minimum of 3 years duration after 10+2 in a relevant subject with at least 5 CCPA. |
| MLIS | A Bachelor's degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Kerala, or a BLISc degree from any other university recognised as equivalent thereto. |
| MBA | Candidates must have passed the BA/BSc/BCom degree examination of the University of Kerala or one recognized by the University as being equivalent thereto, with not less than 50% marks in the aggregate. |
